Photographers retain exclusive rights to their photographs, and initiating Agents have license to use the photographs for any marketing activities.

Only the Photographer and the original Agent have permission to use the photos and that use may not be transferred. Owners of the photographed property may personally request photos at no cost.

Any third party wanting to use the photos should CONTACT US directly. Any usage outside of a license agreement is in violation of Copyright.
